Aged 23 months in a Willett Family Estate 11 year barrel, this bold imperial stout was finished on cacao nibs and vanilla beans. Deep, intense layers of 86% dark chocolate bar, baker’s chocolate, and rich cacao dominate the palate, with a subtle rye spice from the barrel and a finishing note reminiscent of bourbon chocolate cordials.
